About the event
Join us for an immersive tea-tasting experience led by our resident tea sommelier. While you may have met Curran as our bookseller at Staunton Books & Tea on Saturday afternoons, you might not know that he is a lifelong professional in the tea world. Before joining Staunton Books & Tea, Curran owned a tea shop in Flagstaff, Arizona, and, for decades, partnered with his brother in a wholesale tea business. His depth of knowledge, keen palate, and warm storytelling make him the perfect host for anyone curious about tea’s many layers.
At each session, participants will taste half a dozen teas, exploring a curated selection that may include pure organic teas, vibrant chai blends, and herbal infusions ranging from fruity to spicy to delicately grassy.
